Role Summary
Supports planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Focus on coordination, data tracking, and operational efficiency across project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in project planning: timelines, milestones, resource allocation
• Maintain project documentation (charters, RAID logs, status reports)
• Track progress against KPIs; update dashboards (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Jira)
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items
• Support risk, issue, and dependency management
• Conduct basic data analysis to inform decisions
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverable alignment
• Assist in process improvement and workflow optimization
Deliverables
• Weekly status reports (progress, risks, blockers)

Required Skills
